ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) is a neurodevelopmental condition that can be recognised in childhood or later in life, and it presents differently for everyone. Some people are diagnosed early, while others do not recognise their own traits until adulthood, sometimes after a child or family member is diagnosed.
An ADHD assessment can help you or your child access a clearer understanding of your strengths and challenges, and open the door to appropriate supports at school, at work, or through the NDIS.
