As the founder and principal psychologist at Invision Psychology, Alex Parkes is committed to guiding self-discovery and inspiring positive change in the lives of his clients. He supports individuals from all walks of life to reconnect with their inner strengths and develop greater harmony and more balance and coherence inside, so they can create deeper alignment and harmony in their outer lives and relationships.

Alex’s approach focuses on empowering individuals to cultivate clarity, resilience, and self-compassion as they navigate life’s challenges and uncover their innate capacity for wellbeing. His expertise spans a wide range of mental health, behavioural, and developmental challenges, including autism, ADHD, depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, sleep difficulties, behavioural concerns, parenting support, and anger management.

Drawing on behavioural, cognitive, mindful, and parts-based approaches, Alex integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed practice. This integrative style supports clients in strengthening their Self-leadership, fostering cooperation and compassion among their parts, and creating a more harmonious internal world that naturally extends into more balanced, meaningful living.

Chloe Tregaskis

Chloe is a compassionate provisional psychologist who supports individuals in navigating daily life with greater autonomy and wellbeing. She adopts a client-centred, evidence-based approach, drawing on modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). With a particular interest in trauma reprocessing, Chloe works collaboratively to reduce the impact of mental health symptoms and remove barriers to meaningful task engagement.

She brings experience across correctional settings, inpatient units, Non-government organisations, charities, and private practice, working with a wide range of clinical presentations. Chloe fosters a safe, inclusive environment where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered.

Alexandra Cannizzaro

Alexandra is an expert in psychological assessment, with over 12 years of experience spanning the disability, psychiatric, corrective, and private sectors.

She is highly skilled in conducting NDIS functional capacity assessments and diagnosing neurodevelopmental disorders at all life stages, such as autism, ADHD, intellectual disability, and learning disorders.

Clients value Alexandra’s relatable, supportive, and person-centered approach, which fosters collaboration and ensures comfort throughout the assessment experience.

Her services are offered via telehealth, making expert psychological care accessible regardless of location.
