Mental Health Assessment

Anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, sleep difficulties, and other mental health concerns can affect every part of daily life, from work and relationships to overall wellbeing. A thorough psychological assessment helps identify exactly what you are experiencing so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

Untreated or misunderstood mental health difficulties can make it harder to function at work, maintain relationships, and enjoy day to day life. Getting a clear picture of what is going on is often the first step toward meaningful, lasting change.

We work collaboratively with your GP and, where appropriate, other treating professionals such as psychiatrists, to help ensure your assessment leads to an accurate understanding of your difficulties and a clear plan for treatment and support.

Benefits of a Mental Health Assessment

Anyone experiencing ongoing symptoms of anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, or sleep difficulties can benefit from a mental health assessment, particularly when symptoms are affecting work, study, relationships, or day to day functioning. Assessments can also be useful when previous treatment has not led to the improvement you were hoping for, or when you simply want a clearer picture of what you are dealing with. Referring GPs and other treating professionals can also benefit from a comprehensive assessment report to help guide ongoing care.
