As the founder and principal psychologist at Invision Psychology, Alex Parkes is dedicated to supporting meaningful change from the inside out. He helps individuals strengthen their inner resources, develop greater balance, and create more harmony in their lives and relationships.
Alex works with a wide range of mental health, behavioural, and developmental concerns, including autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, grief, sleep difficulties, behavioural challenges, parenting needs, and anger management. His approach emphasises clarity, resilience, and self-compassion.
Using behavioural, cognitive, mindful, and parts-based frameworks, Alex integrates CBT, ACT, and IFS-informed practice to support clients in enhancing Self-leadership and building a more cohesive internal system.

Chloe Tregaskis

Chloe is a compassionate provisional psychologist who supports individuals in navigating daily life with greater autonomy and wellbeing. She adopts a client-centred, evidence-based approach, drawing on modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). With a particular interest in trauma reprocessing, Chloe works collaboratively to reduce the impact of mental health symptoms and remove barriers to meaningful task engagement.
She brings experience across correctional settings, inpatient units, Non-government organisations, charities, and private practice, working with a wide range of clinical presentations. Chloe fosters a safe, inclusive environment where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered.
Alexandra Cannizzaro

Alexandra is an expert in psychological assessment, with over 12 years of experience spanning the disability, psychiatric, corrective, and private sectors.
She is highly skilled in conducting NDIS functional capacity assessments and diagnosing neurodevelopmental disorders at all life stages, such as autism, ADHD, intellectual disability, and learning disorders.
Clients value Alexandra’s relatable, supportive, and person-centered approach, which fosters collaboration and ensures comfort throughout the assessment experience.
